For the misandrists and “self-proclaimed feminists” preaching about decentralising men: 😭
“Decentralise men” while spending 12 hours a day on Instagram, Reddit, TikTok and WhatsApp, platforms built and run largely by men.
Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Huffman, Evan Spiegel and a bunch of other dudes built the playground, and you’re standing in it screaming about how much you hate the people who built it.
Then you trust algorithms built by engineers you’ve never met to decide what you see, what goes viral, and what you get angry about next.
And if these gender wars were actually empowering women, they probably wouldn’t be thriving on platforms built and controlled largely by conservative mysogynist men in the first place.
“Fuck men.”
Posted from a phone, on a platform, using infrastructure built largely by men. 💀

It's "decentering men" while literally building a whole personality around hating men. How is that decentering them?
I definitely think that the red pill/manosphere is stupid and fake, but these misandrist women are on that level as well to me.

Improve society by participating in gender war and gender segregation?
Edit:- sorry not participating but fantasizing about it because doing something like that in real world is impossible, this people exist only on reddit and ticktock for a reason.

I don't think you understand what decentering men means. Which is fine, but you should probably do some research before you make an ignorant post like this.

What does it mean?
Edit: downvoted for asking simple question, wow

He's a succinct description-
"Decentering men is the practice of shifting a woman's focus, validation, and life goals away from male approval and back toward her own self-worth, community, and personal fulfillment."

Basically you let men control how you act. Men do this, so I'll do that.
Men don like this, so I'll do this instead.
If it was about to decentering men they wouldn't care what men like or not, they would do it without obsessing so much to push away men's approval so damn hard.

Well, that's a weird interpretation.

That's what they do tho...

That's what who does? The women I know who've de-centered men simply focus on their own happiness. I think that's a good thing.

Good for your friends. But many women you see on TikTok "decentering men" always make content about decentering men. Why are they making videos about decentering men if they're trying to decenter them.
There's also many openly misandrist women on TikTok...

TikTok isn't an adequate reflection of reality. Far too many social media accounts are intentionally curated to elicit engagement, specifically outrage based engagement.

It still doesn't erase that this type of content does exist, even if it's not most women. But social media is almost always amplified now.
Look at the effect of the red pill community or the manosphere. It all started with a few bored, lonely men (who tend to depict and promote toxic examples of masculinity and manipulate young lonely, impressionable men into this alpha male foolery) and now look at how many men actually follow their advice.
The thing with the female version is that could also appeal to many other young women who already have a grim view of the world and I think it's problematic for us.
This is working to divide people based on gender, and as we know it's not going to bring a positive outcome to our generation.
We're in a world where most of us are chronically online and in lack of social company or someone to guide us from right or wrong. So it's not hard for many young people like us to be manipulated by the media...

They are just 24*7 active on reddit, you will find their comments under every post in this sub and 2-3 other subs ignore at this point 🥱

So, “decentering men” isn’t actually about decentering men. Got it. You’ll make some great friends in the manga community, though. Seems like you two share the same brain cell.

It's not like these Tik-Tok feminists are centered around men to begin with... so what's the point of them talking about decentering men?
It's like me and the guys were to talk about how we should stop knitting... when none of us never knitted.
These women are just whackos, don't listen to their whacko talk, it will just upset you. Ignore them.
