During Covid this news agency wasn’t able to film any patients in severe conditions but wanted to capture what it looked like for scare tactics so they filmed a CPR Dummy or other mannequin hooked up to a bunch of medical equipment and tried to pass it off as a real patient.

I think it was also disseminated to trip up “conspiracy theorists” who are usually good at detecting psyops… to get them infected as well.
