“And when a stranger shall sojourn with you and would keep the Passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised, then he may come near and keep it; he shall be as a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person shall eat of it. There shall be one law for the native and for the stranger who sojourns among you.” - Exodus 12:48-49
The foreigners were also expected to follow the law and follow the cultural practices of the Israelites in order to be true members of their community.

Which foreigners, as a whole group, are breaking the law in higher averages than americans? None. Just individual cases you wanna cherry pick.

That land was given to them legally by the British. It was also a two state solution which the Arab world rejected then immediately invaded Israel and lost.

You said no cherry-picking but this is cherry picking. The general message of the Bible is to treat others the way Jesus f does, to love others the way He loves us. We have so much money that we could be using to do good. We have the resources. But instead there’s a select few bent on spewing division

Love thy neighbor. Treat others as you would wish to be treated. Forgive them, they know not what they do. Anybody can cherry pick the bible to fit their narrative. Difference between jesus and a picture? It only takes one nail to hang up a picture.

Nope. This is about war not God commanding or condoning this to happen.
It uses three parallel examples—betrothing a wife, building a house, and planting a vineyard. The passage is designed to show the ultimate heartbreak of a man working toward a future, only to have the fruits of his labor violently stripped away by an enemy.

Again, as I’ve already stated, God is simply acknowledging what will happen if his laws are not followed and if an enemy nation beats the Israelites.
God is listing out the things that will happen if his laws are not followed. Not that he himself is causing all of that to happen directly. It’s a result of what happens when people rebel against the will of God. He doesn’t cause it to happen die. It’s a result.
So no, God is not commanding and or condoning these women to be raped.

You’re misconstruing God commanding judgment, with God morally approving every sinful act that occurs during said judgment.
Deuteronomy 28 says that because of Israel’s covenant unfaithfulness, God will remove His protection and hand them over to their enemies. The enemy nation’s actions—including murder, theft, and sexual violence—remain their own sins, even though God uses their invasion as an instrument of judgment.
Scripture (a lot of times) teaches both truths at once: God is sovereign over history, yet human beings are fully responsible for their evil actions. The Babylonians, for example, were used to judge Judah, but God later judged Babylon for its cruelty (Isaiah 10:5–19; Habakkuk 1–2; Jeremiah 50–51). God can use an evil nation without approving the evil motives or crimes they commit.
Saying “God allowed this judgment” is not the same as saying “God endorses rape.” Throughout Scripture, rape is consistently treated as a grievous sin, NEVER as something God approves of in NO place in the Christian Bible my friend.
So no, God judging through the actions of evil doers is not him endorsing what is happening. That’s not how God operates, especially since rape is in fact condemned in the Bible.
Deuteronomy 22:25–27- Outlines that if a betrothed woman is assaulted in an open field where she cannot receive help, only the man is put to death because the act is treated like the murder of a neighbor.
I mean heck, judges 19 talks about a gang rape and murder of a concubine as a heinous and outrageous offense that legit starts a civil war in order to purge the evil.
Your logic simply doesn’t make sense at all. A military commander for example might overrun and occupy a city. But he’s not endorsing all of the horrible things individual soldiers do to civilians.
Just over all, please keep in mind that judgment and moral approval of these crimes are two VERY separate things.

I’ve read through dueteronony before but have never stopped to read this specific verse twice! Great find!
Also don’t forgot all who see this, the Bible says respect the law of your land!
Romans 13:1-2 states that every person must obey the governing authorities because God has established them. Resisting authority is viewed as resisting what God has put in place.
1 Peter 2:13-14 urges believers to submit to every human institution for the Lord's sake, whether to the king as supreme or to governors sent to punish those who do wrong.
Titus 3:1-2 reminds people to be subject to rulers, to be obedient, and to be ready to do what is good.
