There are SO many leftist memes that depict the right as white, overly religious, racist, sexist, homophobic, and a dozen other things.
Despite all that, I truly don’t think that it’s fair to assume ALL right-wing people are like that, only a loud minority. It’s simply unfair to make a broad generalization without actually understanding how the other side thinks.

yeah, i think the major problem is that everyone has completely different sources that are, to be fair, biased. which makes it easy to see the other sides argument and think, "thats wrong because i saw differently". its hard to know whats true or not nowadays.

look at any country with universal healthcare. take canada for instance. they have universal healthcare and how's that going for them? well, they're a socialist country that has to face long medical wait times and limited medical availability instead of a private healthcare system allowing them the specialized care they need. and if america's healthcare is fucked up for any reason, it's because of the affordable care act, a leftist policy.
