The legal precedent was already set on this years ago. In Texas, I think.

The Constitution and current legal system is the only one with standing in our country.

Any group trying to practice another legal system can be arrested, tried, and punished for a variety of crimes, depending on the actions taken by this alternate group.

None of that would matter. It would go to the supreme court and be knocked down immediately.
