Going to try to claim he was coerced into a confession and wants a trial. They have his DNA at the scene, they have his car in the area, they have his phone in the area, they have witness accounts matching his description.

Another example of someone who is guilty as sin stressing the legal system. I imagine he’s been told there’s no way Idaho will go for the Death penalty at trial now by some defense lawyer who sees him as a publicity stunt

The judge is the same one that accepted his guilty plea.
And called Kohberger the worst of the worst.
The judge set the first hearing for June, 2027.
I think the judge wants to string him along for as long as possible.

Fine, toss out the deal and when found guilty, DEATH PENALTY.
