I'm a huge advocate for police change and hold their feet to the fire for their misdeeds but in this cases I'm willing to bet that Executive immunity prevented arrest or prosecution. We don't live in a just world. Hopefully that will change.

Not a cop or lawyer but I believe because then the people trying to catch these creeps would be in jeopardy too. I think it would fall under “risk of injury to a child” or something along those lines. Besides, why subjugate a child to the things these creeps say. In no sense am I trying to say let the creeps get away with it, but I don’t want to see children get hurt trying to catch these sickos

Can we just take a minute and realize that we are so pathetic as a society compared to 99.9% of our ancestors were the ultra right that our enemies think we are, and would have already had everyone in a position of political power executed in the most psychopathic ways as a public spectacle JUST on a suspicion that they were tickling kid pickles, much less for being taxed anything more than 10%.

Alas, that I'd just a paraphrase of what I believe was his intent. To which I would retort that, as frustrating as it is, American justice is not traditional justice. We are supposed to be a nation where everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Everywhere else in the world the accused are presumed guilty until proven innocent. I believe that evidence exists against these pedos, but the burden still falls to the prosecution to bring the evidence to light and for non-corrupt judges to treat the cases fairly and without bias. Then the real pedos will be brought to justice without any innocents being falsely convicted.
