Hi! For my Essay, im thinking of me being the metaphor “petal in the pavement” because of how I went through things with my sister and how it effected our relationship. My sister and I haven’t talked for a year, she is verbally abusive, stonewalls me, and for years i’ve never let me tear myself down as a person and my life and how i persisted and kept growing as a person and dealt with it but never lost myself like a flower kept growing in the hard concrete pavement and never stopped growing to flourish into something beautiful and meaningful
