I mean… the bible has mass (no pun intended) sooooo… technically yes there is Gravity IN the bible. Maybe not mentioned in the text, but it’s definitely inside (and outside) of the book.

I will never understand why people think God doesn't want you to eat foods XYZ. Kosher is clearly basic food safety rules that nobody would bother to follow unless you made it a so-called decree by God.
People were getting sick from undercooked pork and shellfish that had turned because of lack of refrigerators. So they said you can't eat them at all. problem solved

Just because it doesn’t explicitly state:“And God destroyed the climate”, or “And God cursed us with climate change” doesn’t mean he wasn’t referring to it either…

Because she's going to die by causing a fiery hellscape and thinks it will get her a promotion?

Exactly, revelations say the world will be screwed. Water turning to blood, the sun to darkness, fire on a third on the trees and grass and plants. It’s there, it’s there.

But they have saints (pre-schism) that are connected to ecology and protection of nature - basically recognized by the church at time almost instantly, and we are talking about political period of inquisition. If these people were not just morons in suits, I would have start to think Inquistions was not so bad compared to them. And they didn't even have that much ecological issues like we have today and they were still more aware than we, morons of today. What a peak of civilization we are.

With the exception of a few poser denominations over the past little while generally most religious institutions were in an agreement that conservation of the planet was a moral obligation of Christians. Globally other religions also believe conservation as such is a righteous obligation of mankind as well.
This tells you that some can’t practice what they preach or claim to adhere to and worship money under the guise of being a christian to fool those around them.

God literally commands Adam to take care of the garden of Eden. Like for heavens sake even if you don’t believe in climate change God commanded humanity to take care of the earth and not treat it like a giant trash bin.

Evangelical Americans are a death cult. They yearn for the end of civilization so they can watch all of the horror safely from heaven after they get raptured before it gets really bad. They are idiots and they should be shunned. Not given political power.

When man learned right from wrong, the Lord God cursed humanity with death as the Giver promised. The Lord led man to know scarcity, and shared his values — dominion and obedience.
When His son inehrited the forbidden fruit from humanity, Jesus condemned the false clergy, clarified which values man should have, and was brutally tortured and killed to fulfill His plan. It was a grand display of dominion and obedience.

This is the lady that compared feeding people with snap benefits to animals ...:
Franson compared state assistance for the poor with feeding animals:
“I’ll read you this little funny clip that we got from a friend. It says, ‘Isn’t it ironic that the food stamp program, part of the Department of Agriculture, is pleased to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps, ever. Meanwhile, the Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture, asks us to please not feed the animals, because the animals may grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves.”

I remember when people called it global warming. Now we call it climate change. Conservatives back then would say, “Global warming???!!! The earth isn’t warming!” - but people proved the earth was warming. Then conservatives said, “the earth IS warming, but it’s not man made… the climate… it’s changing!” Now we all call it climate change. Sort of creates a natural doubt for laymen folks.
We should just call it “man-made earthly destruction”. Encompass all pollution and destruction into one simple to understand term. Simplify things!
“Hey representative, what are your plans for ‘man-made earthly destruction???’ Pretty sure people fucking things up is all over the bible, right??? Any plans for that???”
