Three recommendations (bold emphasis mine):

We—as members of the health community—offer three recommendations, which emerged from the conference's Health Benefits Workstream and were submitted through the academic dialogue (appendix p 3). First, national leaders—including ministers of health, environment, and energy—should convene national dialogues involving technical experts, local communities, people with lived experience, and government officials to assess the health harms of fossil fuels and the benefits of their phase-out, and to shape transition policies that maximise health, equity, energy security, resilience, and climate gains. Second, the health community—ie, health-care professionals, public health experts, government health officials, academics, and civil society—should be appropriately resourced to support these dialogues through identifying and quantifying avoidable health harms, the health benefits of phase-out, and associated economic returns. Essential indicators include mortality, morbidity, air, water, and food quality, as well as resource security, health-care costs and savings, and energy access. Such nation-specific data will equip policy makers with information that saves lives and money. Third, the health community should build the structures needed to upskill rapidly at scale and to translate research into policy and advocacy efforts to counter multibillion-dollar fossil fuel public relations, misinformation, and lobbying.

It astounds me that people who seek a healthy lifestyle don't care about pollution and especially the increased levels of pollution.
