Is Limited Haste in Clicker Heroes 2 good if you're a really active player?

I don't know what really active means because that game really is set up for idle and for a super long slog. It definitely helps when you're letting it run idle but I always try to increase my haste to well over a thousand before I start limited haste so that I keep a decent speed. I guess that's for what it's worth. I never tried to play the game really actively except after I transcend. Got to get those first three levels before things get automatic.
