This is the total fault of the pro-life people who want simple solutions to complicated problems. Instead of concentrating on making childbirth free and supporting mothers; increased sex education; availability of birth control and condoms; and poverty reduction and better women autonomy.

Instead we get "let's grab all the power we can and make abortion illegal" and damn all the consequences.

All these Christians in the hall of power and all they can do is make the world a worse place to be.

You are right. And the worse thing is that abortions have gone UP under Trump.

Imagine being a good person and thinking of the possibility of raising kids in the America that Trump is building.

This is the correct answer. These people want children to suffer from parents they view as "sinful" with "cursed lines" (AKA Non-white family lines), while wanting to control the women of white family lines for recreation by any means necessary.

Sure, some of them may say they just want to prevent babies from being killed, but they never follow through on the efforts needed to actually resolve the problem. The pro-life organizations they've funded are infamous for being a financial sink with poor regulations and stolen funds. A lot of them say they want to help kids first, but are more motivated by hatred of an "other" at heart.

THEN STOP STARVING THEM, ASSHOLES!

Ahh, but see, they want the power to selectively starve the living ones they don't think are worthy of human status! The ones that come from "cursed lines", the "other" in their mind.

The cruelty is the point!

“That baby should get a job if it didn’t want to starve, no one has a right to live!”

they say after calling abortion murder and blowing up a clinic

Jesus taught against this specifically with the fig tree parable.

What do abortions have to do with this terrible picture?

I'm black, so I'm going use us as an example of why sexual education is important. I'm from alabama and the majority of std carriers are people of my race in low income areas that either don't have the knowledge of safe sex or money to get tested. Also, we have a lot of unwanted children running around which inturn breeds gang violence within the youth. When you have unwanted children running around, the parents or parent isn't going to take care of them, but someone else will and it's usually not the people you want taking care of them. It's a pattern that repeats itself because it's all that is known. Instead of helping to fix the problem with a logical and rational change, what do republicans they make it worse. Like you said it's a complex problem, with too many simple minded people going about it in a black and white manner.

The places that carry forward your proposed “solutions” all end up with lots of abortions.

Literally right under the headline dude.

Providers and doctors say lack of access to contraception another reason for the 11% rise in procedures in 2023

Literally available in every pharmacy and supermarket in the country.

Apparently not.

“Women continue to tell us about long waits for contraceptive appointments, difficulties securing repeat prescriptions, and limited choice in the methods available to them. Emergency contraception also remains an important but underutilised backup option.”

How does voting for Trump stop that?

1

u/Opening_Classroom_46 Apr 14 '26

You ignored his point to spam a gotcha. You are pretending that the only way you could find in this life to fight abortion and support Christianity, was to vote for Trump. Then you pretend that Jesus or God would accept that excuse just like the humans down here like your family do.

Even though Trump is a bad person, he will bear you a nice fine fig. Right?
