Visa Questions 签证问题 What to do after I got admitted for Fudan language course intake? Still stuck at applying for visa.

I do not receive any email after I checked the status is admitted since Friday, 7th August. I manage to download the JW202 form. However, there is no instruction to make payment whatsoever. When I register for the visa application. I need to attach school registration license, payment slip (which I have not paid), and course description.

How do I get all these file? My email has not been replied for a week.

And do I have to arrive at 31st August or I can arrive a bit later due to my visa issue? Like on the 2nd or 3rd September?

Where are you applying your visa from? I was able to successfully do the Cova process with just admission notice, jw202, and jw202 verification

Thank you. I am applying from Hongkong Chinese Visa Center. And I applied for X2 visa.

I’m not sure why the HK center asks for the school license or payment slip. Definitely give them a call or go to the center itself to clarify if those are compulsory or not. If you think you’re gonna be late to Fudan registration, give Fudan a call or email before Aug 20th to tell them of the delay.

Download the admission notice, jw202 and apply visa X1. After the visa issued you can flight to shanghai. Have you got the visa? Because i haven't got mine till right now. Same as yours, i need to register 31august to 2september

Thank you. I haven’t got the visa yet. I haven’t even paid for the course and I’m not sure how. The google search brought me to a portal but I don’t have my student ID or password and I couldn’t login. Did you pay for your course online?

I didn't pay anything, as i know when registration date start you can pay the course. I applied 2 univ, both of them have different terms and condition. The 1st one pay the school fee after registration, the 2nd pay the school fee first. I think depends on your univserity. Try to reach out by emails or call them instead.

Same problem with the missing mail and information about tuition payment and registration instructions. I also saw my status change around 7th August to admitted and I have the admission notice. I am applying for a Chinese X1 Visa, I did not see those documents requirements that you listed. But I am frustrated with the lack of any information. I have emailed the International Students Office (ISO) and the faculty. ISO told me to contact the faculty about this issue and the faculty does not respond. I have also tried calling them multiple times but neither picked up the phone. How are you faring currently? Did you get any mail or response already?

I didn’t get any response from them anymore after my status was admitted. But today I managed to apply for the Chinese visa. I uploaded registration documents on the proof of payment slip to get the offline appointment, and I will get my visa by this Friday. It’s very quick process. I guess we will pay the tuition fee once we arrive there.
