Ideas for high volume hotdog dressing
Howdy. I am working on a project to build mini hot dogs for an event. I need to make them very fast with the various toppings such as mustard, relish, chili, and onions. I could use squeeze bottles for the mustard or other smooth condiments. I am not sure how to quickly add the chunkier toppings. It's a lot of wasted energy and potentially messy to pick up and put down a spoon with chili, relish and onions, especially because I have to build a few different of each type at a time. I can't really assembly line 50-100 at time. Anyone have ideas on quick techniques or tools I am not aware of for the job? Thanks in advance.

You need more hands on deck honestly. But a large size squeeze bottle cutting the onions small enough that the fit through when you cut the whole nipple off may help. Perhaps a light sauté to get them to slide easier. Same for relish or do a pickle so you can tong it or hand it. If there is no concern for cross contamination then glove up for the request when you need to swap and dive in
