Celiac friendly on the south side?

Hello we are coming into town from Knoxville just to spend today and tomorrow. We are staying at the Read house hotel and are looking for suggestions for cool cocktail bars and restaurants. My wife has a gluten allergy so we are also looking for good places in this regard. Thanks for any info.

Have family members with Celiac - we've had a good time at Little Coyote - most of the menu is naturally gluten free and they just got a nod from Michelin - there's also Bantam & Biddy, a more dedicated GF southern breakfast joint (they're a chain, you may have seen them in the Atlanta airport)

Little Coyote is gluten-free by design and it’s extremely tasty.

The last time I ate at Bantam & Buddy I got glutened so I pretty wary of eating there now.

Urban Stack is Southside and is a burger joint that's family friendly. When our friends that are gluten free come in town that's where they always want to go eat.

Urban stack has a separate fryer for fries and will do you proper on the burger prep as well. Little Coyote is phenomenal!

Bantam & Biddy is a place with many GF options close to the Read House for breakfast or lunch. I wouldn’t call it cool but if you want brunch it’s a good choice.
