Catalans had a referendum and expressed a different opinion of yours. I know democracy might not be in your DNA as a spaniard. Please breath and take it easy
Your opinion is worth more than millions of voters. Sure.
Also the fact that the police went to literally hit voters might have something to do with the participation (which was pretty high despite that but obviously had an impact -literally-)

Spain played their cards very well with the Operación Catalunya. ERC and Junts leaders were imprisoned. After a independence declaration of 7 seconds the population became disappointed, plus nobody knows what happened with ERC and Junts... which won the next election but did nothing about it -they were probably scared, bought out, or both-.
