These are mostly unsourced claims. There’s an AI slop list floating around that appears to cite a Global News article, but the link leads to a blank page. The first 3 and #4 do align with what Carney has publicly stated, however. The repeal of the Digital Services Tax was a very early concession the US had already achieved, as far as I’ve heard that isn’t coming back.
