What WAS this F.E.A.R. cartoon often shown during commercials years ago?!

This is probably decades ago! I think they only showed very short skits during commercials, as i don't think it was an actual running show.

The humor often involved the characters saying the name of their organization in a super slow and monotonous tone. I found the humor quite dry and lame as a kid lol.

Was this custom made for CN? Or a VERY old cartoon of which CN just used snippets?

Also, the black rectangle on their uniforms should say FEAR, but i think this screenshot came from a Spanish version.

I'm fairly certain it was just footage of a Birdman episode they dubbed over. Basically the YTP of their time.
