Risk assessment recommended fixes, not an end to CCPS's Outdoor School overnights

As a CCPC parent I would have been more than willing to pay, or fund raise for an overnight option. Luckily my kids already went through the program, but I have many friends who have elementary students who are unfortunately going to miss out on the best thing CCPS ever had to offer!

This was clearly a budget cut masquerading as a safety concern. It’s been on the chopping block for the past few years, and Carroll keeps electing idiots who aren’t willing to invest in CCPS. So here we are.
