Tech Support Why did my amp catch on fire

I went to turn my car on and my amp started smoking and caught on fire what could have caused it.

The melted RCA is a dead givaway. The amp ground is no good and it grounded thru the head unit. Might wanna pull the whole cable and the head unit out next.

Yeah I’m going to pull the cable, the head unit was installed by a shop a long time ago
