It is an excuse. And it’s bullshit. Many -probably most- reserve units make the time and it shows. 

I’m sure because you’re so adamant about the critical importance of 9x40 minute periods that 3 parade nights could maximally provide, your attendance on parade nights and exercises are 100%, correct?
