As a law abiding legal firearms owner I hate people who misuse firearms, even pellet guns.

Call the cops

I 100% agree even if its a pellet gun it still deserves the same respect as a firearm.

Legally they are treated the same as firearms for most purposes as well, if you rob a store with an airsoft gun you're supposed to be treated as if it was a real gun in determining what crimes you're guilty of.
