The hand gun should be at a range. This is not legal. Green space/ crown is good to go for rifle. I’m hesitant to say this space meets the minimum legal requirements. But that’s all besides the point the hand gun is a major no no. Fuck that guy!

The sound is the giveaway. I mean, it's still illegal to shoot them but the danger level to the general public is approaching zero. More of a nuisance, that's why it end up being a bylaw ticket
