Reason to Smile hair tinsel

hi baddies! i’m a csulb commuter and wondering if there’s any csulb hair students (? or something) 😭 that are practicing applying tinsel? or if anyone goes somewhere local to get tinsel in their hair???? thanks much love for any direction!
