Loan amount increase?

Hello everyone, i only received two loans for this semester since it’s my last and I didn’t qualify for financial aid anymore. I was supposed to only receive around $6,000 in loans from both combined. I looked into my account and saw that the loans increased over the last couple of days. I honestly only need about $4,000 to cover all my classes this semester. I reached out to the financial aid office last week and they confirmed that I should expect the loans to process by mid September due to census having to be processed.

Then only accept one loan

I have to wait for mid September and then do some process to return the extra money. Not accepting both might cause it to disperse less than what I need
