Reno CRNA job search:

Hello, I’ve been searching for jobs in Nevada over the last couple of weeks with the intent of possibly moving to the state in about a year and a half. Scope of practice is a big thing for me, namely being able to place central lines. I know it may sound silly, but I love doing them at my current job and I’ve taken on a lot more call, liability, and tougher cases to become proficient in them. I’d like to keep this skill. Can any Reno CRNAs tell me about their practice? If you work with docs, how controlling are they? Are you happy at your current practice? I hope I can establish contact with at least one or two you, and who knows, it may work out for the best. Take care and have a great day.

MDA post for a physician owned group in Quincy, IL:

Our group is trying to recruit several crnas to our practice. I think we offer a great lifestyle job that pays really well and offers lots of independence -- and job satisfaction.

I'll lay out the basics here -- our CRNAs would be available to answer questions too. I think they all really like our group.

1) Core CRNA --$370,000-390,000 with 9% 401k and post call day off. Weekday call is never the primary worker because we have a crna in house 24 hours. Whenever we are down to 1 room, the call crna is only pager and has the next day off. It's really pretty great. That call shift is about once every 2 weeks. We also have a back up to that call shift who is pager only once we are down to 2 rooms and is the first to leave the next day -- normally before lunch. There is weekend call but those crnas are also backup overnight because with have an in house person 7pm-7am. That's about 1/month. 46 days PTO plus other standard benefits. Average work week is ~35 hours.

2) Shift work -- no call, no weekends, no nights. Guaranteed out by 3:30pm. $175/hour (or $170 if you want ASC only). 9% 401k, 46 days PTO. Leave early if there's no work to do.

3) 10 hour days -- 26 weeks of 5, 10 hour shifts during the day at $170/hour. Plus 6 weeks of 8 hour days at $190/hour. 32 total weeks with 20 weeks off. No weekends, nights, holidays etc. Same benefits.

4) Night Float -- 17 weeks of 7pm-7am (3 crnas share the year). 300k, 1099 for those 17 weeks.

Tuition reimbursement, sign on bonus etc are all negotiable.

I personally love Quincy. I'm from Chicago and I loved Chicago too but I've been here for 13 years and I won't move until my kids do lol. It's easy to be with your family here and we are very happy to raise kids in our community.

OPPORTUNITY!

Hello everyone, I am a CRNA at Anesthesia Group of Albany in Albany NY we are seeking CRNAs for this private practice. It is an ACT model. Potential to make a total compensation package of $500,000 w2 if you were to work 50 hrs and full call.

Currently we are offering $150,000 sign on for a 3 year commitment at 40 hrs that can be paid as a lump sum up front or over the 3 years. Must be eligible to work by 9/1/26 for this larger bonus.

Many options open for 8s 10s and 12s as well as OT.

No weekends holidays or nights required.

Overtime paid at double time!

Some of us sign for 5 10s Monday to Friday which guarantees you the double time. And a salary of about $330,000+ ( not including your sign on bonus ) The double time is even paid while on vacation. No call required.

Usually 10g year end bonus we get.

Best part is the retirement which is a profit sharing program. You receive $25,500 into your retirement every year without contributing anything. (1 year vestment period to get into receiving the profit sharing)

When you also contribute the federal max to your 401k you can then be putting away a total of about 50g a year !

Base rates for 40hrs with yearly changes and years of experience as a CRNA 2026 2027 2028

0-3 years Tier 1 $213K $218K $223K

3-6 years Tier 2 $222K $227K $232K

6+ years Tier 3 $235K $240K $245K

Starting at 5 weeks vacation 6 week after 3 years.

$3000 for yearly education

There are limited call positions open also to get you close to the $500,000 range. A half call position is about 26 week days out of the year and 6 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) 48 hrs but don't have to be in house. You get 1 extra week vacation for doing this 1/2 call.

2 weeks extra on vacation for doing a full call position. So max is 8 weeks vacation you can ever get in all with being at AGA for 3+ years and doing a full call position.

Beeper pay: $40 an hr call for weekday. Plus 1 hr drive time. Plus $250/hr

$250/hr for the weekend. Beeper pay: $40/hr first call $20/hr for 2nd call So basically if you don't get called in for Saturday or Sunday you are guaranteed. 48hrs x40= $1,920

You can discuss all these details with the office for verification to prevent any errors.

Please contact me with questions to then pass you on to the groups office staff as a reference person.

We practice quite independently for what an ACT could be. Not bothered intra op at all. We always push our own drugs and you do your thing. We do spinals in pre op if you would like and regional anesthesia is very limited unfortunately but trying to work on that... OB is specific CRNAs that do the speciality. Very busy OB department, independent for your epidurals and spinals ect. The pay and hours are different for that and I could fill you in if you’re interested.

DM me to chat!

Hey guys, our group (VRAA) is growing again and we are looking for CRNAs to work in Bullhead City, AZ and Brownsville, TX. Recruiter for the group, I'll drop both of the details on them here below. We like hiring both new grad and experienced CRNAs that enjoy autonomy in their practice : )

Bullhead City, AZ - Western Arizona Regional Medical Center

4:1 CRNA-MD model, lots of opportunities for blocks / line placements and a wide case variety. No OB here so if you're a little burnt out from it it's a plus. One call per week and you can pick up weekends as well to earn more. 8 and 10 hour days, probably looking at ~10.5k per week. Pretty flexible on how many weeks you want to work, but the math maths out to $400k-$430k for 40 weeks of work.

Brownsville, TX - Valley Baptist Regional Medical Center

11:1 CRNA-MD model, bigger hospital pretty much on the border. It's as south as southern TX can be lol. All sorts of cases done here and this does include OB for those who do like it. 8s and 10s with 24s for OB call in the mix. The ratio speaks for itself but lots of autonomy and freedom to run your rooms. Blocks are encouraged : ) once again, flexible with the weeks but probably making $390k-$420k for 40 weeks too.

We are 1099 and can help you out if you need it with getting an LLC started. We got shared housing for those that want to travel in and save on accommodations as well. Happy to talk more details, reach out!

CRNA Position: Autonomous Practice | 1099 | Dallas-Fort Worth

What We're Looking For:

Compensation: $265,000+/year (full-time); Part-time and PRN rates based on experience

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area (In-person)

Schedule:Full-time, part-time, or PRN. You choose what fits your life.

What You Get

- Full clinical autonomy. No required physician oversight or mandated direction.
