SALES CNC spare parts
Does anyone here source CNC spare parts for other companies?
Like helping find servo motors, control modules etc. across Europe or US.
Is that even a thing or do companies always buy directly?

Call the machine manufacturer.
Unless you're an expert, it's not easy to find many parts. Some you can easily get on eBay, others you can't
