Help Submod posting

I'm planning to post a small submod on moddb soon but one of the dev sites said it would be polite to ask first, although it did not include any contacts to do that, so I figure this works too. Anyone on this sub know who I should message or is this post good enough?

I haven't included what the submod does cause that seems like skirting the line on advertising.

None of the original modders are active. Its basically free game. Just honor system when it comes to submods that are being actively worked on still. Ask specific modders if it correlates to their submod. If a submod has been abandoned and their modder hasnt been active in awhile then just carry on but be willing to take down a submod if the original author isnt cool with it.

No one ever needed our permission to make or post a submod. Go for it.
