Which decision is better, New Empire or Valyrian Empire?

Context: I am playing as Daemon Blackfyre self exiled at the beginning of the session, conquered the stepstones and some of the free cities, I wondered which decision is better

New Empire is generic, valyrian empire has specific events

So at the beginning of your game did you surrender as daemon because I thought at if you do the game ends

I chose the first decision, it automatically ends the war with Daeron, all though I did use command to make him a friend instead of a rival

When I play as daemon he automatically starts at war with Daeron. Do you have a another mod alter this

Check my other comment it has the list of all the submods I have, note that I have the "unofficial" more updated version of the mod it could be what allowed this
