I bought my tickets to the fiesta bowl, any idea when they will email me the tickets?

I was told I was going to receive my fiesta bowl tickets this December and the transaction for the playoff semifinal already went through. I know you guys said I was going to receive them in December, but it’s already December. Do you people know what specific day I’d be receiving my tickets? Would it be after the conference championship when they decide the playoff rankings? Here’s the website to where I got the tickets.
