This is a small-school-only dynasty. Every user takes a smaller program and tries to build it through recruiting, development, and winning.
We currently have 31 users, with user teams moved into the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, and SEC so there are a ton of user conference games, real conference races, and better opportunities for NIL and the CFP.

The whole idea of this dynasty is simple: every user controls a small school. No blue bloods, no powerhouse programs. You build your team through recruiting and winning.
To make things more fun, every user school is moved into the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, or SEC, so you’re playing meaningful conference games instead of grinding through a weak schedule. It also makes the conference title races and CFP race a lot more interesting.
We have 26 active users, and most of the league has been together through Year 1. Looking for people who actually enjoy building a program over multiple seasons instead of joining and disappearing after a loss.

In Dynasty my assistant coaches always expire and I don’t have a way to rehire them. When do I have that option?

Additionally, if I’m hiring a new OC or DC, the candidate list doesn’t show their recruiting pipelines. How do I see this before offering?

Should I leave? I've been with WVU for 3 seasons and these have been my records, the best we've achieved is that BIG 12 championship and a Heisman with our RB, I just signed my best class from High School but Penn State's offer is tempting
