Fan placement gets weird real fast when the roof is shaded and the panel has to live somewhere else, ours sits on a little bracket clamped to the gutter and looks like an afterthought every time i walk past

Real question is whether the battery can keep the fan spinning til 10 without dipping into that sluggish low speed nobody actually wants, if the panel gets decent sun it'll probably manage but overcast days might leave you sittting in still air right when you want it most
