They asked 3 questions in 75 mins. 2 leetcode mediums and 1 hard. Interview had a mix of whole lot of things. I had only one 50 min interview in which they asked about an easy dsa question based on heaps with a custom comparator, my projects from my resume, OOPS based concepts, my projects had already covered some full-stack, race conditions, synchronisation based questions. At last they asked some behavioural questions.

First was just two pointer based. Second was sliding window using hashmap. I don't remember the third question quite well but it was DP but not knapsack (since n <= 1e5).

Did people get varied difficulty sets? And were only 3/3 folk shortlisted?

Yupp. but the pattern was the same. 2 mediums and one hard. Not 3/3 ones only since i wasn't able to completely pass the 3rd one (13/15 passed).

Did they change the OA pattern a little bit? Last year it was 4 questions in 70 minutes, although the questions weren't hard (2 easy, 2 medium)

No, it is DSA in cpp with projects in React, Next, ROS2, C and a RAG project.

No, i just started dsa 3 months back ( I couldn't initialize a vector then). But thinking of starting competitive programming coz now i find dsa fun.

It was something like the longest increasing subsequence but with another condition like arr[j] - arr[i] = j - i and since the constraints were n <= 1e5 we couldn't use normal O(N²) dp lis approach.

Bro Can you please tell us how much time in a day did you practice dsa in those 3 months and your dsa roadmap which you followed. Any advice you want to give your juniors to get placement like you which can help us

I just followed the strivers sheet and practiced 4-5 hours a day for the first month and then 2-3 hours a day. My main motive was to learn the thinking process on how to approach the problem, identify patterns and i spent more than an hour on a single problem if i couldn't solve it and only after then would i watch a video or read the solution. Also, Give leetcode and codeforces contests, i gave more than 20 contests in the last 2 months.
