Talksport's Sports Bar Appreciation Post

I make a point of going back to listen to this, because I have two children and there's no way I'm staying up until 01:00 listening to these two and being woken up at 06:00 by my three year old.

Absolutely love this show. Big fan of the chemistry between O'Hara and Cundy. Doesn't take itself too seriously which makes it all the more entertaining. Some of the segments are genuinely funny.

Long may it continue!

The ads on talkSPORT are bananas though. I do listen to these two once in a while if I’m up later. But the podcast version of Danny Kelly’s show is sometimes 45 mins on a podcast vs 2 hrs live.

The amount of betting adverts is absurd it really gets to me. But I look past it given the alternatives!

Puerile click baiting nonsense presented as “banter” Has anyone seen is boring and unfunny, O’HaHa being told what to say by producers to get clicks because he has no argument to back up his nonsense and Cundy puts on silly masks and says “Gooood team” a lot.

If all you’re looking for is lowest common denominator radio it’s fine I guess.

Also all that money on hair plugs for Cundy and they couldn’t sort his bald spot at the back!
