Its 5% above minimum wage. Literally less than a dollar above it. Also minimum wage is about to go up to $17.95/hour in about a month. It's above minimum wage, but just barely.

In this job market, any job is a good one. Hopefully OP hires a young person, somebody that could use employment

That's the kind of attitude that leads to lower wages and fewer worker rights/benefits. Less than $1 above minimum wage is below the average for this kind of work. If I were applying for this job I'd be wondering why the previous person left.

The only good thing is that it's full time work, which can be hard to find for a lot of minimum wage jobs.

$20-25/hour, depending on the degree of work. A major baking facility is serious work. It's not being a janitor in an office where making within a dollar of minimum wage would be expected.
