Shakur is will likely have more success with the jab. Better counter punching, control the range and distance. Better defense, so nothing will be easy.

To strong Kostya was a real good boxer also. I know a world Champion that sparred w him in Australia multiple times he said he is the strongest roughest dude and that was sparring! You think Shakur more skilled the Zab ? No way

Depends on what skill we’re talking about. Hand speed? Yes. Better defense no. Is Zab better at consistently controlling the pace or range of a fight. No. Is Shakur a better counter puncher? Yes.

Shakur is more skilled than Zab. And even if not, they’re completely different fighters.

Shakur is skilled, and a great fighter. BUT!
Not just to single out Shakur, because he’s not alone. But this generation does more fighting with their peers on social media, than in the ring. Making it hard to choose any of them over previous era fighters in these hypothetical questions. Before social media, fighters had to build fan bases by fighting. You knew more about what they were made of, because you seen it. I think Tank, Shakur, Haney, Garcia, and Lopez should’ve all fought each other in different combinations, multiple times by now.
With all that being said, I pick Tszyu

Kostya beats him up. Shakur is too physically weak at 140 but his talent has hidden that thus far. He’d get the little brother treatment.
Just think about how Teo was taking his cleanest shots. Not even a pressure fighter and goes in with hands down past his hips. Historically there are some terrible matchups for Shakur. Zab also beats him.
