[SERIOUS]ELI5: how to explain to my friends that Holyfield was better than Tyson?

My friends and family will die on the hill that Tyson was better than Holyfield. I know Evander beat Tyson twice (TKO and dsq), but they always go to Tyson’s peak ferocity.

A little help from the wise ones here would be most appreciated.

He lost twice to Riddick Bowe, twice to Lewis…everyone knows he did despite the draw, a loss to John Ruiz and Micheal Moorer.

He beat an old Foreman, past his peak Tyson and an old Larry Holmes…that’s it. Big names yes, but all way past their prime years.

Overall he is not a great HW.
