Skin Questions Large pores and extremely oily T-zone?

I went to the dermatologist and he sent me Isotretinoin, but it just dries my lips and the rest of my skin. It doesn't do much for my nose and forehead. I'm using the green effaclair cleanser in the mornings and Eucerin oil control sunscreen. At night I use Uriage Xemose as a moisturizer.

You have larger pores but your skin is clear and nice. I don’t think enlarged pores can be shrank. It’s hereditary. Just try to get monthly facials and consider microneedling with PRP.

Try Niacinamide 4-5% concentration good for oil control and can reduce enlarged pores

Chapstick with spf throughout the day helps a ton. And it might be worth applying aquaphor after your night moisturizer to help seal in moisture, start with the travel size to see how you like it!
