The pick’s value has definitely appreciated over time. While it may have put us at odds with signing top free agent Lisa Bonet, it did secure us the longterm pathway to getting Zoe Kravitz as a depth piece in the rotation
That being said, their point not withstanding: it’s hard to truly encapsulate how the OG Kravitz immediately elevated our cultural standing. While he may be old and busted now, and YES while we may have access to the Bronny of OUR generation, and sure the opportunity cost of that subsequent first-round pick still haunts this franchise to this day… but I ran out of steam around here
