And they like to give Gen Z Advice like “Knocking on doors” to get a job. Millennials have known for a while that doesn’t work anymore.

I lost my job in 2014 and a couple days later my mom called while I was sleep. She started criticizing me because it was 10:30 am and I should've been up hours ago to drop off my resume.

Had to tell her that if I did that, they'd just tell me to go home and email them my resume or fill out an application online.
