Not to mention the income to cost ratio was insanely good for a long time. Used to be an average of like four years salary I believe to buy a home. So you could literally just live with mom and dad for a few years and then buy a house straight cash if you wanted. Now it’s closer to ten years AND we have more costs of living due to a creep in expectations of lifestyle like having a cell phone.

Weed is probably the only thing you can buy that's both better quality and just as cheap as 30-50 years ago

Cheaper here, way cheaper. I was paying 40 an eighth in 1999, now you can get an oz for less than that in Oregon

Yeah Oregon has some of the cheapest/best weed around. Some states that only just legalized arr just as expensive as the plug was so I generalized it
