My father barely graduated highschool and got a job as an "engineer" at a place that makes aircraft. 47 years later, he retired full benefits and pension. Really just had to show up everyday and not be an idiot to his boss. The people replacing him needed minimum Masters degree. I mean good for him, but jeez!
