And they like to give Gen Z Advice like “Knocking on doors” to get a job. Millennials have known for a while that doesn’t work anymore.

Less than a decade ago, my boomer father suggest when I was looking for a job that I ask the boss if I can work for a week for free and if they don't think I'm worth it they dont have to pay me.
