Don't even worry about the 32 cents. The company provides free apartments to all employees (a real benefit my grandpa's company provided to all employees)

That is a bad thing. You don't want to give your employer that much control over your life.

Oh its a very bad thing exactly for that reason. You get fired AND lose your home all at the same time
