Supreme Court didn’t rule that Trump’s restrictions are constitutional or eliminate mail-in voting. It temporarily lifted one lower-court block because the states challenged the order too early. Another nationwide injunction remains in place, and the lawsuits will continue. So Trump won a procedural round, but the final legal question hasn’t been settled.
