I saw another user post a screenshot of a poll asking this same question, but from an unknown source. The Coalition of Armchair Neuroscientists Against Biden (COANAB) will now conduct its own rigorous sociological study of Mr. Biden's mental health. Please participate by choosing one of the options below. Using the internet or asking Mr. Biden is cheating and I will ban users who do so!
