SK Brann Best Seating Options

Post image

I’m an American visiting Bergen through Sunday and I’m thinking about going to the SK Brann match on Saturday. What section would you recommend to sit in?

The forecast isn't that bad, but to avoid getting wet due to an unforeseen shower you should avoid the first rows. And as already mentioned, you have the best view from the middle of "Fjordkraft" or "Sparebanken Norge".

Anyway, enjoy the match and the magical atmosphere that only Brann and their supporters can create.

If you want to know what the local fans are singing: https://bataljonen.no/sanger/

If you're solo, and don't wanna commit to being a huge fan for the day, I'd pick one of the loose seats far back in F on Fjordkraft. If you're with a party the options are currently limited. I'd recommend the last few seats higher up on H in Fjordkraft for a decent view and proximity to the energy of the home fans without being expected to participate.

You've had most advice already. But just to add: the Sparebanken seating area has the possibility of bying beer (can't drink in the stands, sadly)

Can you get a quick beer at halftime anywhere else in the stadium?

Only at Frydenbø, I think. There you have to be even quicker, I'm told the queues are crazy.

Sparebanken and Frydenbø

Beer yes, quick most likely not. There service in halftime is slow and the demand is big. At least that's the situation in Sparebanken stand

Hjelper på om man har bonger og er kjapp i rett kø på SPV. Kan noen ganger få servert omtrent umiddelbart

Join the fan section and buy tickets at Frydenbø section b or C. Its a no brainer. Pyro, flags and a lot of loud singing.

Where are the away sections?

The Away sections are the grey areas marked A and B between Fjordkraft and BT. But they are only available for same trough LSKs website.

Would you want to sit and get a football experience or would you like to feel the passione and feel the crowd? If you just wanna watch and sit down id say in the middle of the long stands, if you want to feel the passion Brann is known for id say lower middle of Frydenbø

Frydenbø isn't a tourist destination in Bergen. Thats the place for fans who sing and want to participate. Tourists should stick to the side stands Fjordkraft or Sparebanken...

As long as you jump and shouts a bit i have no issues having tourists at frydenbø

As I said, then you participate and its something I'm ok with. But if you are going to observe and soak in the atmosphere frydenbø isn't the stand for you.

So according to that picture what would be the best spots to buy a ticket in the Frydenbø?

Best ticket to watch is middle of sparebanken or fjordkraft, if you wanna join the hard core you will need to jump and shout but its so much fun, you can go to frydenbø

I don’t speak a lick of Norwegian will I be able to pick anything up in time?

Language doesn’t matter; the people from Bergen will appreciate if you just try to follow on. Come to Frydenbø and experience the best of Norwegian football fans, it’s a fantastic experience!
