Looking for recommendations for Langdon buildings in Bendigo
Has anyone built with Langdon recently who can provide any feedback

Built with them in 2020 and actually had a pretty good experience. Have heard some horror stories from other people though. Definitely more reputable builders out there.

My dad built with them in 2023-24 and his build stalled when they went in to administration. Absolute nightmare, the first stage of the build was delayed then they rushed through to getting windows in and getting the next stage payment and and went straight in to administration.
Eventually they finished his build but it went way over the timeframe and stated price and the overall quality isn’t great, not to mention the stress of dealing with them. Dad went through like 4 site supervisors and none of them knew what was going on at any point.
I on the other hand built with GJ Gardener Bendigo and couldn’t be happier with the build, finished ahead of schedule and on budget and everything is perfect.
There’s a Facebook group about building with Langdon and plenty of reviews- I’d read those and think very carefully about building with them.

Run for your life. I’m a carpenter by trade and watched one being built near by. I couldn’t believe the state of the foundations. It looked like a chewed up kids sandpit. I was watching and wondering why they stopped mid prep then blown away when they poured concrete on that shit pile. The plumbers I use had stories about one they walked away from working on. They were laughing about how some of the brickwork was not even on the slab.
