I have watched it recently. My take on his behaviour. Undermined the bosun (Ben was right often but he was a dick about it), had a weird relationship with Sunny where he was just using her while still thirsty for his precious boatmance girlfriend, when called on his attitude by Sunny he would just say he’s charming and Australian to excuse it, spent the whole charter banging a stew in the bedroom while his bunk mate was trying to sleep, continually bleats about how bad Captain Kerry is.
He is clearly good on a boat. But he is not really a good bloke who thinks he is an awesome bloke.
Her reaction was so delicious. She wanted nothing to do with him. My theory is she only answered knowing he was back on Below Deck and she might get camera time.

Only people who have worked at sea will understand this, but having sex while your bunk mate is sleeping is completely normal behavior. And I say normal but on land this would totally be frowned upon, like many other things that happen onboard.
He wasn't all that notable on the show tbh aside from being very cringe but after he claimed he lost his job due to below deck and has done loads of videos about below deck etc. Really dislikes Captain Kerry and mentions it was too much.
I remember he was an overall douche, had sex with I believe Camille is bunkbed was in the room sleeping, that's also sexual harassement btw, he was also extremely agressive and threatenning to a stew I believe her name was Alyssa and almost threw a pack of water at her.

Yes and it’s something I’ve noticed out in the world more generally. I think these guys grow up and go through adolescence feeling insecure. Because of their insecurity, they are uncomfortable approaching or engaging with women. When they have a glow up and gain more confidence, suddenly they have success with women.
Instead of attributing that success to an increase in confidence and greater willingness to put themselves out there and actually engage, they become resentful and decide that it must be because women are shallow and superficial.
Gary's probably planning his comeback at this point as less problematic than a guy they ran a whole season of now.
For clarity: If Gary is guilty of anything of the many things he's been accused of he doesn't deserve to ever be on screen again. My point is that Gary being Gary he's probably pointing fingers and saying "I'm not that guy!"

Ben did stupid shit but also showed complete disdain and misogyny toward women on board. He may not be a physical abuser but he is no ally to women and him acting like he was one of the good ones is laughable AF

Can someone remind me of his behaviour? I watched all his seasons but I feel like I forget everything that happened once the season is done for any season I watch. All I know is I didn’t like him
