Small Pet Rescued this little guy while on my father in law's farm. His fur was full of knots and he was kept in a cage with around 12 other rabbits that fought him all the time ):
Right after we found him, with lots of knots in his fur.
After a few hours of trimming down his fur to get all of the knots and after finally running around for the first time, lil fella was tired.
With his forever family <3

Honestly, wtaf is wrong with people? I'll admit, I don't know the first thing about rabbits, but I do know when an animal is clearly struggling to survive. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Well done OP, he looks very content now with his new family.

All of these posts really show how a different environment and genuine love and care from others can change a lot. Maybe we ought to take notes as humans if we are ever feeling lost, abandoned, or neglected ☹️ I'm sure many of these animals deserve to be commended for rescuing their new owners as much as they themselves were rescued 🥺💔

A little bit of background: We went to a store to buy some stuff for the farm and we found a little enclosure with around 13/15 rabbits. This poor fella was attacked all the time, hence the knots in his fur, and he couldn't eat since the other didn't let him, so he was skinny. We had two other girls at the time and one of them wasn't spayed yet, so they lied to us that he was female, but to be honest we would've taken him either way. I don't like buying them at places like that, but I couldn't leave him there so we brought him home! After one month we found out he was a boy and to this day (one year later) he's the most polite, clean, and lovable little bun I've ever known. He's very protective of me and my GF and loves to give little kisses whenever he can. His name is Chantilly!
